An Indian stray dog grievously injured by an Indian version of machete in a small village named Badkulla in Nadia District, in the state of West Bengal. One of the eyes of the puppy is completely gone and one hind leg needs to be amputed. One side of the puppy 's face was slashed open and its hind leg is slashed in such a way that bone is out in the open.
The main offender and his son (who hit the dog with a bamboo) are completely unrepentant. We need to do something to punish this two person.
