Justice for Duque, a Chihuahua puppy who was rescued a few months ago from the mistreatment of his owner, where they even filmed him trying to hang the dog. Now Pacora's Justice of the Peace asks and orders that they return him to that house and that if they mistreat him again, he will take them away. I cannot believe that the Justice of the Peace orders such a barbarity knowingly and with evidence of the mistreatment what he is doing is leading him to certain death.
