Esteemed, Law 20,020 advances in the area of animal welfare, by imposing responsibility against those who abandon or mistreat, but it is a major flaw that currently the vast majority of cases of abuse in the prosecution are very weak, dismissed and this is so You see by the few tools that prosecutors handle for these cases.
