Animals have rights, and in Puerto Rico there is Law 154 and politicians ignore the abandonment and mistreatment of animals. We need a shelter, more precisely in Bayamón, which in turn helps neighboring towns that are in the same situation to rescue, care for and find a home for the animals to live with love.
