The Government has to study this petition, the elders teach values of life to little children and they can learn to respect others and their elders and children could also give joy to the elderly.
And those elders who toss and die abandoned, sad and alone. In this way they feel they are not alone and change their lives.
It could be a great experience for all, that is why the Government of the City of Buenos Aires should explore this possibility so that everyone wins.
