The insecurity is paralyzing us, paralyze the insecurity then executing the Law of Vagrancy. People wandering at any time without a purpose are confused with our daily life, taking advantage of many of them any opportunity to commit a crime.
They do not value their lives nor ours. They walk armed with us, our children, parents, friends, brothers.
Given the passivity of those who should take care of us is that we need more tools for security, and greater firmness in the application of the laws that are in force.
