The unconsciousness of the people is the great responsibility that all these puppies are abandoned in the street. It does not seem fair to me that the abandonment of the people causes that there is so much stray dog.
I want people to be responsible for each animal that they acquire and then abandon, because for them the best solution is to call the kennel and sacrifice them. That’s not fair, I want to punish those who abandon their dogs.
The Government is just as responsible as the people who abandon their pets, because it does not punish them or generate policies so that this does not happen, that’s why my request is addressed to the authorities of the State Government of Aguascalientes so that they can do what they can To solve this problem and not sacrifice the dogs in the kennels, murder is never the solution.
