I would like to know what can be done about it, since in the State of Mexico, in Ixtapaluca, they mistreat the horses and donkeys that collect garbage. They hit them and bring them in a very bad state and carrying tons of garbage and working for many hours amid the strong rays of the sun. They have to climb avenues that are quite inclined and end up injured, fractured and many die in the street, without any help.
