I live in an Urbanization called Ecocity, in Guayaquil, Ecuador, and here they have the habit of poisoning cats and dogs. Someone had murdered 3 of my cats and now they threaten that they will kill another of my cats.
I ask for justice from the police and government authorities, since two neighbors hating these pets (especially dogs and cats) have already come to my house to threaten me.
Please, I do not want to go through the suffering that is to have a poisoned pet, and I want to protect the lives of other pets in the development, that's why I ask for your help because the authorities do not help when it comes to dead pets.
