Hello, we live in a residence and we care for two cats that have been abandoned by unscrupulous owners. Some people who have heart and love give them food for 3 years. To my surprise a few days ago I saw this poster stuck on the door of the residence, which threatens us with a fine of € 180 for feeding the cats.
We are people who not only give them food, but also clean, there is no dirt for the food we give them, but they say it is for insalubrity. The only dirt we see is due to the people who live here. We want to know what we could do to avoid this fine for feeding cats.
