I think every person in this world need the help from other people and most the homeless people. So I'm thinking about the Government can build something for the homeless people can spend the night. More during the bad days like raining, windy, cold and freezing seasons. Or the business owners can let this people sleep in the space when the business is closed only for protection during the bad weather, even in the cover parking lots.
My worry more important is if they are sleeping in the sidewalk some young people that don't have respect for anybody can hurt this people, is why we need to protect them from any dangerous situation.
