Help, support and solve situations of risk and abandonment to animals, pets and cats

In this time of pandemic, the amounts of dogs and cats in a situation of vulnerability and abandonment have risen, mistreated and killed by run over without any humanity. In the Aconcagua Valley of Valparaíso there is a large amount of animal abandonment, lack more culture and education for people and the population in general, there is a lot of ignorance and indifference, apart there is no support and optimal places for support for accident situations or abandonment , since they are exposed to cold, hunger and run over in the streets, zero awareness of what it means responsible for pets, the Cholito law is not respected at all, it is the last thing that exists in the list of priorities. A country and a society very well with these issues and in central areas worse the situation. That is why it is important that a change is made and solutions can be found for these situations that are ashamed and impotence.

I hope that the current and future generations can improve these difficult conditions especially for the benefit of the most defenseless and those who need it most, that is, puppies and pets abandoned to their fate. We can not normalize something that is not normal.
