It is an action against the mistreatment of animals, and give them a home because of the suffering that the human being provides them. How happy they would feel if the man did not abandon them, and they could live a dignified life that the people of San José can provide.
Protective animal associations have too much work with so many cases of abuse and abandoned animals that care, feed, vaccinate and give for adoption. And the government does not do anything, it does not help or take care of this problem.
We need departmental authorities to help organizations against animal abuse, allowing a place for the care of animals, where they are vaccinated, fed and given for adoption.
