There are many colonies of kittens without food, in extreme climates where they are very cold in winter, and they also reproduce without control, so that more and more animals are going through hardships, that is why they must sterilize them, they are multiplying and nobody does nothing for them.
Without houses where they can take refuge, sick and painful, there is no one to do anything, that is why they need urgent help and that the Government respect the rights of our defenseless animals.
