Because each shelter has to spend money from its own pocket constantly. We also need to be paid a veterinarian in all the communes of the country to make free castrations for all animals of the protectors.
I am sorry to see how the animal shelters have to spend money from their pockets and many do not even have to feed the animals, or to vaccinate them, much less to pay for surgery to castrate them. Also when they need help with a move, they also do not have the means to do it.
With the petition I ask the National Government to help the animal shelters who are doing the work that you do not do. Please, we can not continue to allow the animals to be in poor condition, and not because of the animal shelters but of you who do not do what they have to do.
