It is important that they get involved and allow to open a veterinary hospital for mass castration, since ambulances cannot achieve that arduous task on a daily basis. And please make a physical space to be able to protect the control of those dogs and cats that are abandoned adrift and in control only of God!
Remember that before living they are sentient beings. Please, compassion for the voiceless !!!
