Because there is garbage outside the cubes since they get to fill up and do not pass with enough frequency so that this does not happen, with the consequences of unhealthiness that it entails. The opening of the road is 20 meters scarce and it takes more than 20 years like this, what keeps the neighborhood isolated from the nucleus and you have to cross a wasteland with trash and dried herbs walking if you do not have a vehicle.
It is a real suburb, the delivery services and many others do not come because of the difficult access and danger.
