Give constitutional status to Laws to protect animals and the environment

Because in Venezuela, as in many other countries of the world, man makes and undoes the fauna and flora at ease. At the rate we are going, in a few years, the earth will stop being a beautiful planet to become a true desert. Man is the main enemy of creation.
If you do not set limits, there will never be justice, only until the divine judgments arrive, but while we can do something, we must act. We cannot remain undeterred by so much evil. That is why we need, and we ask with this request, to give constitutional status to Laws to protect animals and the environment.
In these times that run are as necessary as water or food, because without a healthy environment we cannot live, and animals either. Animals balance the ecosystem, without them we would not exist either.
Please, we must protect the environment and the animals with Laws according to the times we live.
