Bill - More severe penalties for all types of crimes against fauna, flora, the forest as a whole ....
1) that the term of crime be inserted without bail and horrible, to any act of hunting wild animals, exotic or wild, with penalties exceeding 18 years.
2) That the whole section of crimes against fauna (domestic, exotic and wild animals), flora, Amazon rainforest with penalties exceeding 12 years, cumulative be inserted into the crime of crime.
3) The increase of the maximum penalty in article 404 for 20 years of imprisonment
4) That the term injured in the heading of article 408 be reinserted, that acts of mistreatment can provide injuries to animals that cause mutilation or permanent injury;
5) The articles dealing with Abandonment, Omission of Distress and inadequate Transport of animals are reinserted, because they are harmful behaviors to the animals.
