I believe that pet animals should have fundamental constitutional rights to protect their life, health and integrity; Otherwise, the right of human beings to have affected the right of other living beings would be diminished and dwarfed. Pets have the need to have these rights because they deserve it.
We ourselves are animals, we are of the animal kingdom, and even animals destined to be food must be treated with dignity until the day of their death.
