Because they are political prisoners held in prisons in Mexico City. They have been unjustly imprisoned for more than 5 years for opposing the oppressive neoliberal regime of Enrique Peña Nieto. We are particularly concerned about the health and ill treatment of Jamspa, that is how one of the political prisoners is known.
We ask the Human Rights Commission to visit the political prisoners and the Assembly of the CDMX to approve an amnesty law for political prisoners that Miguel Angel Mancera unjustly imprisoned.
