All animals deserve veterinary care, it is not possible that for not having any money the people leave an animal to die.
Loving an animal is to show what kind of person you are.
Stray dogs need us, we must respond from the State to provide medical care for stray dogs and an appropriate policy to avoid abandonment, free sterilization is required for this.
The Government of Uruguay should take care of this problem because many people cannot afford veterinary care for their pets, and end up abandoning them or letting them die.
