The number of animals in Francisco Morato is proportionally the largest I have seen, the number of people with a low HDI is one of the poorest cities, the number of abandoned animals on the streets is huge, with a veterinary hospital and a job castration, we can reduce so much suffering for those who have no other choice but our compassion.
