If you feel love for animals and even a little compassion, I ask you to sign that petition. My request is addressed to all the competent authorities in Peru, since there are no free veterinary hospitals, I demand, yes, I demand as a citizen, that they free sterilize dogs and cats to avoid that there are still abandoned animals in poor condition, mistreated, hit and often abused. It is very painful to have to see this panorama on a daily basis.
The abandonment brings many sad consequences, that’s why my demand. I know that if I ask please, they will not listen to me, that’s why I need your immediate help. Here the summer is approaching and the conditions of the animals are really painful, and many people do not collaborate, as well as many animalists if they help, the problem is that help is never enough.
