I write this petition because it hurts to see many animals lying abandoned on the street, having thirst, hunger, being abused, or ending their lives under the wheels of a car.
We see more and more abandoned dogs and cats in the street. How do we end this? We need a political decision, we need free and massive castration campaigns throughout the country, it is the only way to go down gradually the number of abandoned animals.
I ask the President Mauricio Macri to sign a decree for the free mass castrations are started as soon as possible. It is for the good of everyone.
Do something, these animals also deserve attention.
