They reduced the quality of food to the puppies of the house of the pets, they cut off the castration for months, supposedly for the animals there is no money. I was disappointed by these people, I trusted and they let me down.
Because we love the animals and we need them to be helped in the floods. They also have the right to a plate of food. They need the Mayor to fulfill the promise he told me, that animals would also have rights, but I see it is not so.
If a veterinarian who goes to the pet's house does not put it out of his pocket to cure them, the animals have no remedies, and this is just an example. I ask that the neighborhoods be used to carry out castrations, and in Las Chapitas neighborhood we need to cure several animals with scabies.
We also want the Mayor to commit to help protectionists who do itinerant castration, need money for inputs and have no municipal support of any kind.
I ask that castrations be resumed and obligatory, since the bad ones throw pregnant dogs with their legs tied to the river, and for these people I ask for strong sanctions.
That the Mayor do not lie us anymore, who says that for this there are no funds, of course, the animals do not vote!
