There are many abandoned animals, they suffer and a lot, we need people to have pets that they can really keep. Many of the abandoned dogs and cats are from vulnerable sectors. We must stop with the abandonment of dogs and cats, and it begins with castrations, raising awareness among the population, we are all part of this problem, and local governments must do it.
