It would be a solution for those animals that are injured or die in the streets malnourished or attacked, and those of us who want to help them do not have the money to pay for veterinary medicine. It is a social problem that the State should take charge of, providing free animal health services and castrations to avoid the overpopulation of stray animals, which is a reality.
