Formosa animalists need government help

I am from Formosa, independent animalist, I have no groups, I buy what I can to feed abandoned animals, also remedies like antimiasic product and tick-killing agents, since Formosa is flooded of ticks.
We need everything so that they can help me and other animalists who are also in the same conditions, without help from anyone. Many keep the animals making raffles, or selling pies or cakes. Also, the animals lack shelters, whether old blankets or something that serves them to shelter in this winter time.
All help will be welcome, since we do the work that the Government should do, unless they help us to do it.
