These teaching groups would be formed with people like me, retired, and we would educate the neighbors to keep the streets clean, to become aware that we should raise the fecal material of the animals with a bag, not throw the garbage out of the buckets. So we would start a clean city, at least we would be busy and we would be useful for society.
A clean City is a better City, and a better City makes its citizens a better City. We can live better with everyone's collaboration.
