That the urban fauna be sterilized to prevent their procreation. That they do not give the animals to anyone and that when they give up adoption do so only to responsible people. That a budget value of the municipalities is for the animals so that they have a place to sleep, where to eat, and that it is also the obligation of all neighborhoods to put a drinking fountain, food and kennels for the animals.
