Both in the summer and in the winter, the animals on the streets need water, and it is everyone's responsibility to provide them with water, we are all responsible so the stray animals do not suffer. In the shops of Peru most of the owners throw them water to kick them out, but they should put a vessel with water so that they do not faint from thirst, especially now that the heat is unbearable.
People do not help at all, they do not provide them with food, but at least some water should give them, since the Laws of mistreatment are not fulfilled. There are no laws for compulsory sterilization, nor are there laws against abandonment, nor enough shelters, nor free veterinary hospitals, everything is against them, it is a reality that we must change little by little.
The Government must force merchants to give water to stray animals.
