For the pedestrianization of the downtown area of Gijon

I think that the entire downtown district of the city of Gijon should be pedestrianized for several reasons;

The center of the cities, was, is and will always be a point of great attraction and constant demand for major businesses and corporations, who want to image, and be well positioned.

Improve transit district and thereby increase retail since they business attracts business, and the existence of important business, whether public or private, will help attract more businesses to the downtown area and all businesses will benefit.

Convert to the city center in an urban area adapted to all citizens who have mobility problems, so they can go smoothly and make a healthier, modern and clean Gijon where we can live.
