Because we are human beings and we are in a civilized country where people, especially the elderly, leave their homes to do paperwork and purchases. In Chile there are not enough public services or well-attended services, and the few that exist are a business rather than a service.
If we believe in a developed country we must start with the basic needs of the human being, that is why I ask that the law be mandated to have public hygienic services.
