Well, because it is a very dangerous road, as much for the passers-by as for the vehicles that go up and down every day to go to their homes or jobs.
It's really scary to walk around, day or night. And the cars also pass as if it were a rally which is even worse to go around. It has no lighting at night, no warnings of curves or anything.
Please do something.
