More than 500,000 inhabitants of the south of Tenerife have to travel 70 km to be cared for in a public hospital. Meanwhile, the Hospital del Sur has been started for 20 years and it is not even in the middle, there is no date to finish it or budget for it either.
The crisis has been a perfect excuse for the unforgivable delay of the works. This is already a tease of the Cabildo of Tenerife and the Government of the Canary Islands.
