There are more and more cases of abandoned dogs on the streets, which end up being killed in the kennels, run over, poisoned or worse, which is why we request that fines be increased to whoever leaves a dog on the street, with fines of 10,000 (ten thousand) to 25,000 (twenty-five thousand) pesos for anyone who abandons such a loyal friend as the dog.
