Because many people are unconscious and have to be made aware of how serious it is to adopt or welcome an animal. Many people do it like a toy, now I want it, not now. Because they give work they do not have time for them or abandon them because they are mischievous or because they cry.
I'm sick of those kind of people, whoever wants to assume it's going to be for a lifetime, no matter what happens, and the one who abandon an animal have to pay a fine of a good amount, so really only will adopt people who I really want them in their lives, because it's no good for me to take a little animal and then abandon it because I repeat, it's not a toy, it's a being that is better than us, because it would never abandon you from being the other way around.
