All owners who abandon their animals, whether dogs, cats, when are reported by third parties to the Police, Justice, or the animal protection society, will be FINISHED with TWO MINIMUM SALARIES, and the animal will be taken to an adoption home.
If the animal was killed in the streets, the owner can be sentenced up to two years in prison and be FINISHED in 2 THOUSAND REAL, for neglect and mistreatment of animals.
