Yesterday, June 13, in a raid inside a residential complex of the Paraiso sector in Caracas, Venezuela, SEBIN troops in an act of pure evil shot the dog named Cross. I only want the atrocity to be made public and world-wide against a defenseless animal, and that the person responsible for this terrible act of cruelty should be imprisoned accordingly.
Attached the photo, I'm not in Venezuela right now, but this is rolling by all means and I know if it's true. The newspaper El Nacional has an interview with the owner of the animal and says he had to put him to sleep.
