Because animals have no voice, they cannot ask for help, that is why it is our duty to help them, give them a home, food, a dignified life, because they are not only animals, they are lives as important as that of a human.
The petition asks the Municipality of Guayaquil to allocate funds and specialized personnel for the creation of homes for abandoned animals, where they are protected and provided with veterinary care.
