It is the private veterinarians who right now, despite the existing deficiencies, are providing assistance of all kinds to most of our pets and the hundreds of stray animals that the state does not even remember.
State veterinary clinics leave a lot to be desired in both the staff who attend and the small amount of medications. Private veterinarians are the ones who are solving, almost without resources as well but with a desire to work and knowledge, the needs of pets.
