I would like to open a petition to protect the green areas of the Greater São Paulo, because every year that passes the regions that have supposed areas of environmental preservation always has large construction companies supported by the Government for the environmental destruction and construction of a new enterprise. I would like the Laws to be stricter for it. And for each construction a percentage of at least 1/3 preserved is required for when the area had a high concentration of green space.
And it could also have some incentive for people who own their house / land in expanding their green areas, discounting in the IPTU of the same. As an incentive, the expansion of green within urban areas.
