In the workshops of the Municipality of Ecatepec it is frequent to see dogs that are chained, most of the times with a short chain that does not allow them to even lie down, often deprived of air, light, water, food or a roof to protect from the sun or the rain. This attacks the normal life of an animal by provoking them thirst, hunger, sunstroke, pains, and even attempts against their lives.
That the Animal Protection Law be complied with in the State of Mexico and that those responsible for animal cruelty be sanctioned.
