Because there is still no justice against people who mistreat animals, there are increasingly more serious cases of mutilated and injured animals in a thousand ways and yet the authorities do nothing to stop this.
In particular, the denunciations are useless, since the authorities take up to a month to react, when the animal has already died in the hands of the pseudo owners or anyone who is abusing them.
