Let us try to reduce abuse to all animals, in general, horses, dogs, cats, etc. Pulling overloaded cars, abandoned in the street, by those who use them for rodeos, used for bullfights, etc. We must increase the penalty for the people who are doing this, they need a punishment, tougher laws.
In our country Laws are needed according to the crimes committed, the mistreatment and murder of animals must be punished and fined hard, the jail is the fate of all animal killer. Fines should be used to pay for animal shelters, street animal sterilization campaigns and vaccinations.
Stop this by enforcing the Laws!
