Enforce laws and create new ones to protect domestic animals and flora and fauna

There are more and more animals on the street suffering, less and less trees, more garbage abuse and nobody does anything, few institutions that sterilize and if we do it now there will be more who suffer.

Please, I know that we are going through a bad situation, but it is nothing new just for everyone to do what they should do as the Ministry of Environment, City Halls, Governments and the Mision Nevado that until now is only noise.
