Because without the support of the police there will be no justice for animals in our country. That's why bad people run over them, abuse them, beat them and kill them. They do what they want with animals. We must do something so that both the police and the justice system can act in cases of animal abuse. Many policemen are unaware of the Animal Protection Laws and that is why they do not act, and we must change that.
That is why I would like there to be special police officers here in Peru for animals and special courts to fight against animal abuse, as they are doing in other countries, and to enforce animal protection rights.
