Through reiterated requests from various animal and environmentalist groups, Decree No. 1469 prohibits the possession, use, manufacture and marketing of pyrotechnic elements and rocketry that are not over-the-counter and produce sound in Paraná.
The use of fireworks creates problems for both humans, animals and the environment. Their harmful gases pose a serious risk to the health and physical integrity of both those who handle it and those in the environment. Their noise also disturbs and compromises pets that possess a great auditory power, but above all those people vulnerable to its effects, such as those suffering from autism, hypertension or psychological and / or psychiatric problems.
However in recent days there have been complaints and mobilizations of the same municipal employees and ATE guild who have used rumble bombs in the center of the city and in the Civic Center of the same, blatantly violating the Decree that prohibits it. For this reason I want to ask you to put into effect already the decree that he signed himself and promised to enforce.
