The majority mistreats and does not give proper food to horses. These animals are obliged to work under the sun for several hours a day, without the adequate minimum feeding, without water and most of the time without the minimum necessary rest. We must create an Act to end the slave work of those animals so docile and wonderful in Belo Horizonte and throughout Minas Gerais.
